IMBS is focused on the production of metallic iron units for the steel and foundry industries.  The quality of the metallic iron units produced is largely dependant on the quality of the feed ore.

The Finesmelt™ process therefore enables us to tailor-make specific products from the DRI fines produced, such as briquettes (cold or hot) or molten products (from direct feed into a DC arc furnace.)
